Ordering
How do I order?
Design your window in the configurator, add it to your basket and check out. We review every order before anything is made and contact you if a measurement or option needs checking.
Which products can I order online?
Casement, flush, French, tilt & turn and bay windows, plus uPVC, flush, French and sliding patio doors, can be designed and ordered online today. For composite, stable, double and fire doors, send us a quote request and we will price them for you.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, up until it goes into production. Contact us with your order reference as soon as possible.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Not yet. If you are a trade customer with a regular requirement, get in touch and we will talk it through.
Measuring
How do I measure for a new window?
Measure the width and height of the opening in at least three places once the old frame is out, or brick-to-brick from outside, and use the smallest measurement. Then deduct around 10 mm from each for fitting tolerance. Our measuring guide in the Advice Centre walks through it step by step.
What happens if I get a measurement wrong?
Every product is made to your measurements, so please double-check before ordering. We check each order for sizes that look unusual, but we cannot see your opening — if you are unsure, ask us before you order.
What sizes can you make?
Each style has its own size range: standard windows, for example, can be 300 to 3000 mm wide and 300 to 2400 mm high, and sliding patio doors up to 6000 mm wide. Opening sashes and door leaves have their own limits too, and the designer tells you straight away if a size is out of range.
Prices & payment
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices shown include VAT at 20%.
Are the prices on the site final?
The configurator prices are currently demonstration rates. We confirm the final specification and price before anything is manufactured.
How do I pay?
Checkout currently takes your order as a request, and nothing is charged online. Secure card payment through Stripe is being added.
Delivery & installation
How much is delivery?
Standard UK mainland delivery is a flat charge shown at checkout, or you can collect from us free of charge.
How long does it take?
Made-to-measure products are typically ready in a few weeks. We will give you a date when we confirm your order.
Do you fit windows?
Our products are supplied only. We recommend using a FENSA or CERTASS registered installer, who can self-certify the work under Building Regulations.
