Lead times
Everything is made to order. Once we've confirmed your specification we'll give you a manufacturing and delivery date — typically a few weeks.
Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses and will call to arrange a date. Deliveries are made to the kerbside or front of the property, so please arrange help for larger items. For areas outside the UK mainland, contact us before ordering.
You can also collect from our workshop free of charge — we'll tell you when your order is ready.
Payment
All prices include VAT at 20%. At the moment, checkout takes your order as a request and nothing is charged online: we confirm the specification and price, then take payment before manufacture. Secure card payment through Stripe is being added.
Damage & shortages
Please inspect every item on delivery, and note any damage on the delivery note. Report problems within 48 hours with your order reference and photos.
Changes & cancellations
Because every item is made to your measurements, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply once manufacture has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order. See our terms.
